He had a blood-alcohol level more than three times the legal limit, a Santa Rosa County sheriff's spokesman said. McMahon pleaded no contest in 2004 and was placed on 12 months probation.

He entered a no-contest plea and was ordered to pay court and police probe costs. In 1998, he was arrested twice and charged with buying crack in Florida, and possessing drugs in New Jersey. He entered rehab for two months.

Moss was arrested after being accused of bumping a traffic officer with his car. The officer tried to stop Moss from making an illegal turn, and Moss used his car to slowly push the officer along the street, a police spokeswoman said. Moss was ordered to pay $1,200 in fines after pleading guilty.

Armstrong was booked on charges of battery on a law-enforcement officer and resisting arrest without violence. He was released after posting $1,000 bond and the case was eventually dismissed in December 2003.

Carruth was found guilty of conspiracy to commit murder, shooting into an occupied vehicle and using a gun to try to kill the baby Adams was carrying. He was acquitted of a murder charge that could have brought the death penalty. Adams gave birth but died nearly a month after the shooting.
