Apple's new iPhone 8, iPhone X, Apple Watch and more

iPhone X ("ten," for the iPhone's 10th anniversary) has a stainless steel case, an edge-to-edge glass front, and wireless charging.

iPhone X has an OLED screen. Instead of using Touch ID to unlock with a fingerprint, the iPhone X has Face ID -- technology that recognizes the user's face and automatically unlocks the phone just by looking at it.

Apple calls its new Face ID feature "the future of how we unlock our smartphones and protect our personal information." It says the facial recognition technology even works in the dark.

Apple also introduced the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus, which have a number of new features but are more similar to the previous year's model.

The iPhone 8 has a 4.7-inch display and the iPhone 8 Plus has a 5.5-inch display (the same sizes as last year's iPhone 7 and 7 Plus).

The glass back of the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus will enable wireless charging.
iPhone 8 colors
The new iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus will come in three colors: Space Gray, Silver, and new Gold.

The iPhone 8 is priced starting at $699. The larger iPhone 8 Plus starts at $799.
