"This hotel was filthy...The floor was obviously not cleaned, seeing as there were still peanut shells on the floor which any amount of vacuuming would have taken care of... This place is full of bugs, mainly roaches and ants and you can hear rodents in the walls at night."

"The first thing we noticed was the smell, my goodness. It smelled liked mold in the lobby, in our room, in the hallway, just about everywhere. They used some kind of spray to get rid of the stank probably, but that didn't work They didn't change in our beds for 12 days... It was just filthy."

Super 8 Estes Park, Estes Park, Colo.

"The pool was filled with leaves, dead insects, and other crap...Upon entering our room, we noticed that even though it was designated a "non-smoking" room, there was a definite a smoke smell to the place. As we walked through the room organizing our things, our bare feet turned black from the carpet... The tub was missing grout and molding and had black mold growing around the base... All of the pillows smelled like smoke and greasy hair. Each of the comforters had large stains on them when pulled back and it was very obvious that they had not been laundered in a long time."

"The elevators did not work, so we used the stairs. They were unbelievable! Disgusting, smelled like urine! Graffiti on the stairway walls, and absolutely filthy! The room was gross. There was sand all through the tub, dirt on the bathroom floor, paint peeling from the ceiling."
