Keeping up with the evolving Kardashians
Caitlyn Jenner celebrates her first Father's Day since transitioning in Malibu with Ben, Brandon, Casey and Kendall Jenner, Kim and Klohe Kardashian and Kanye and North West on June 21, 2015.
Keeping Up with the Kardashians
With all of the recent transformations, pregnancies, new kids and step-siblings joining the mix, it can be complicated keeping up with the Kardashians (and Jenners).
There are four Kardashian siblings (Kourtney, Kim, Khloe and Rob), from momager Kris Jenner's first marriage to Robert Kardashian. There are two Jenner girls, from the marriage between Kris and Bruce Jenner (Kendall and Kylie). Bruce, now Caitlyn Jenner, has three sons and a daughter from previous marriages (Burt, Casey, Brandon and Brody). And on top of that, the Kardashian and Jenner "kids" have now started getting married and having kids of their own.
Confused? It's easy to be. So, let's break down reality TV's royal family, member by member.
Caitlyn Jenner
This is Caitlyn Jenner (formerly Bruce).
The world got its first glimpse of the iconic athlete's new look on June 1, 2015, when Vanity Fair released a photo of its July cover, featuring an exclusive Annie Leibovitz portrait of the star.
Caitlyn's family members and celebrity supporters, then quickly took to social media to voice their admiration for her brave and groundbreaking transition.
Breaking world records again
Shortly after Vanity Fair released its July Cover, introducing the world to Caitlyn Jenner, the Olympian broke yet another world record.
Caitlyn Jenner (formerly Bruce Jenner) is now the fastest Twitter user in history to reach 1 million followers. Passing the social media milestone in just 4 hours (she now has even more), the gold medal decathlon winner surpassed even President Obama, who previously held the record.
Kim Kardashian
The other Kardashian in the news right now is the family's arguably most famous member in current pop culture, Kim.
Kim Kardashian propelled her family into the spotlight in 2007, when a sex tape she filmed with former boyfriend Ray J in 2003, was leaked online. E! then signed her family to a reality show, called "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," which has now been on the air for 10 seasons.
Here, the social media queen signs copies of her new compilation of selfies, "Kim Kardashian West: Selfish," at Barnes & Noble, 5th Avenue in New York City, May 5, 2015.
Baby #2 on the way
Today, Kim Kardashian is married to rapper Kanye West.
And Kim just announced that she's pregnant with their second child.
North West
Kim and Kanye named their first child, seen here at the Ballet in Balmain, North West.
...leaving fans to question what they'll name their second child.
Kris Jenner
Kris Jenner, seen her at the 2015 NBC Universal Cable Entertainment Upfronts, is the often polarizing matriarch of the Kardashian/Jenner clan.
A mother of six, stepmother of four (five, if you include Brandon's wife, Leah), and grandmother of four -- Kris Jenner is also a television host and a fierce publicist.
Kourtney Kardashian
Kourtney Kardashian is the first and oldest of the Kardashian siblings. Her parents are Kris Jenner and Robert Kardashian, a lawyer who famously defended O.J. Simpson in the mid-90s and lost his battle with esophageal cancer at the age of 59.
Scott Disick & Mason Disick
Kourtney has three children with longtime boyfriend Scott Disick.
In this picture, posted to Kourtney's Instagram page, Scott hugs the couple's oldest child, Mason, who was born in December of 2009.
Penelope Disick
Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick also have a daughter, named Penelope (or "P," for short), who was born in July 2012.
Reign Disick
Kourtney Kardashian gave birth to the couple's third child -- a son, named Reign Aston Disick -- on December 14, 2014; a day, which was notably also their son Mason's fifth birthday.
Khloe Kardashian
The third and youngest of the frequently photographed Kardashian sisters, who resulted from Kris Jenner's first marriage to Robert Kardashian, is Khloe.
Known for her snarky sense of humor and take no prisoners attitude, Khloe Kardashian is a favorite among many fans.
Lamar Odom
Khloe Kardashian married NBA player Lamar Odom in 2009, and the couple had their own spinoff show, "Khloe & Lamar," on E! for two seasons.
However, the marriage unraveled after Lamar lost his spot on the Los Angeles Lakers' roster and consequently succumbed to a very public drug addiction.
Rob Kardashian
Rob Kardashian (or, more formally, Robert Kardashian Jr.) is the yougest of the four core Kardashian siblings.
Seen here, during his time on ABC's "Dancing With The Stars," Rob is no longer a regular on the family's reality show, due to his ongoing struggles with his weight.
Kendall Jenner
Kendall Jenner is the oldest of Kris Jenner's children with Caitlyn Jenner (formerly, Bruce).
A successful model, Kendall is seen here walking in the Diane Von Furstenberg show at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week, September 7, 2014.
Kylie Jenner
Kylie Jenner is the younger of Kris and Caitlyn (formerly, Bruce) Jenner's two daughters.
Arguably the edgiest of the Kardashian/Jenner siblings, Kylie has amassed a huge social media following. She has also been in the news a lot for her changing appearance. Before admitting to having filler professionally injected into her lips, teens across the world tried to mimic her lush lips "naturally," by using the suction from small cups. The so called #KylieJennerChallenge was extremely dangerous and led to facial damage, for some, which cannot be remedied.
Here, she attends DuJour Magazine's event, celebrating her Bruce Weber photo shoot with sister, Kendall, August 28, 2014.
Brody Jenner
Caitlyn Jenner (formerly, Bruce Jenner) also has two sons with her ex-wife Linda Thompson. The younger of those boys, Brody Jenner, was a reality television personality in his own right... even before "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" became a thing.
Brody, seemingly always featured as a hard to pin down heartthrob, has starred on "The Princes of Malibu"(2005), "The Hills"(2006) and "Bromance"(2009), in addition to his appearances on "Keeping Up with the Kardashians."
Brandon Jenner
Brandon Jenner, the older of Caitlyn (formerly, Bruce) Jenner's two sons with Linda Thompson, is an avid athlete and professional musician.
Leah Jenner
Brandon Jenner is married to Leah Jenner, and the two of them are a welcome zen presence, whenever they appear on the family's reality show. Leah, like her husband, is a professional musician and singer.
And as it's readily apparent in this picture, posted to mother-in-law Linda Thompson's Instagram feed, the couple is now expecting their first child.
Burt Jenner
With ex-wife Chrystie Jenner, Caitlyn Jenner (formerly, Bruce Jenner) shares a son and a daughter.
Here, Bruce Jenner and his son, Burt Jenner, are seen talking to Scott Pruett in the paddock, during practice for the SPF Grand Prix at Kansas Speedway in Kansas City, Kansas.
Cassandra Jenner
Cassandra Jenner (or "Casey," for short), then, is the daughter that Caitlyn Jenner (formerly Bruce Jenner) shares with ex-wife Chrystie Jenner.
Seen here, second from the right, Casey appeared on Bruce Jenner's interview special with Diane Sawyer to support her father.
Linda Thompson & Chrystie Jenner
Here, Bruce Jenner is seen, during his transition, with ex-wives Chrystie Jenner (left) and Linda Thompson (right).
To recap, Chrystie is the mother of Burt and Cassandra, while Linda is the mother of Brandon and Brody.
