Cruz, a staunch pro-life advocate, has called for the federal defunding of Planned Parenthood. So, this was the way he responded to his opponents at a campaign stop on Nov. 30, 2015, in Bettendorf, Iowa, who argued the senator's position denies women easy access to contraception.
