Video shows deadly fight on NYC subway after alleged thieves target sleeping passenger
Prosecutors say during the altercation the robbery victim killed one of the alleged thieves. The victim is not facing charges. The robbery suspects, however, faced a judge Tuesday. CBS News New York's Tim McNicholas reports.
