Victims' families testify as jurors consider death penalty for Saipov
There was emotional testimony Wednesday from the families of victims killed in the 2017 terror attack on the West Side bike path. Jurors will determine if Sayfullo Saipov gets the death penalty for killing eight people and injuring a dozen others. CBS2's Alice Gainer reports.
