Underhill Avenue bike lane project remains in limbo
A traffic safety project is in limbo. Advocates want a bikeway in Brooklyn finished, but others say not so fast. The project in question is along Underhill Avenue in Prospect Heights. CBS New York's Hannah Kliger reports.
