Supreme Court will decide if Trump can be prosecuted on election interference charges

The United States Supreme Court on Wednesday agreed to decide whether former President Donald Trump can be prosecuted on charges he interfered with the 2020 election. Trump has claimed he's entitled to absolute immunity because he was president then, but a lower court has rejected that, setting the stage for arguments in April. CBS New York's Maurice DuBois reports.
