Students with disabilities miss class because NYC schools can't meet their needs, lawsuit alleges

There are claims that kids in need of special education programs at New York City schools often aren't going to class because the school doesn't have what they need. That's according to a lawsuit filed by the Legal Aid Society. CBS News New York's education reporter Doug Williams has the story.
