South River public schools require clear backpacks for all students
After so many mass shootings in schools, some districts are requiring students to use clear backpacks, and now, one school in Middlesex County has expanded the mandate to elementary and middle schools. CBS2's Alice Gainer has reaction and asks a security expert whether the rule makes a difference.
