Some NYCHA tenants say they haven't had heat for almost a year
Colder temperatures mean tenants in a Queens housing complex are worried about another winter with no heat. They tell CBS2's Alecia Reid they can't get a solid answer from anyone, and they've been living like this for almost a year.
