Queens rec center hasn't had heat for over 1 year, administrators say
Administrators at a recreation center in Jamaica, Queens are pleading for help, saying the building has no heat and leaky ceilings. They tell CBS News New York's Lori Bordonaro they fear the conditions are driving kids away from a safe space.
