Protests held over Mayor Adams' controversial mental health plan
Protests were held Wednesday over the controversial plan from Mayor Eric Adams to remove mentally ill individuals off New York City streets. CBS2's Christina Fan spoke to demonstrators who say those cuts are affecting public safety.
