President Biden announces new restrictions at U.S.-Mexico border
Tuesday night, new restrictions will go into effect on the United States-Mexico border to try to get a handle on the asylum seeker crisis. President Joe Biden announced a strict plan that will mean much of the border will be closed at midnight. CBS New York's Jennifer Bisram reports.
