Police, DA's office close investigation into death of 10-year-old Westchester boy
The father of 10-year-old Gianlukas Illescas insisted his son died by suicide last year after being bullied at school, but Peekskill Police and the Westchester DA's office have closed their investigation after confirming the autopsy findings; Gianlukas died by accidental asphyxiation, not suicide.
