Ocean Parkway Greenway in Brooklyn needs upgrades, cyclists say
The oldest bike path in the country is in need of upgrades. Despite work on a six-block stretch of the Ocean Parkway Greenway in Brooklyn, some bikers say there's more to do. CBS News New York's Hannah Kliger reports.
