NYPD officers stop the Grinch from stealing Christmas gifts for FDNY party
The NYPD stopped a holiday thief on Staten Island on Tuesday. The Grinch grabbed Santa's bag of toys for a fire department family Christmas party in Stapleton, but the green guy didn't get far.
