NYC bodega owner argues police shouldn't have padlocked business over pot

In the past three months, the New York City sheriff and police department have shut down and padlocked nearly 1,000 stores accused of selling cannabis without a license, but an attorney says a court ruling could put the program in jeopardy. One store owner told CBS News New York's Ali Bauman he was shut down even though the pot police found wasn't for sale.
