Norwalk Police issue silver alert for missing 3-year-old girl, mother
In Connecticut, Norwalk Police have issued a silver alert for a missing mother and child. Three-year-old Avyanna Frank and her mother Sasha Santiago were last seen Thursday with Santiago's boyfriend, who was driving a black Hyundai Santa Fe with Connecticut registration "SIFU."
