National Grid raising rates for Long Island, NYC customers
Frigid temperatures return this weekend, and if you're a National Grid customer in New York City or on Long Island, it's going to cost more to heat with gas this winter. CBS News New York's Carolyn Gusoff has details on the rate increase.
