N.J. restaurant owners want more affordable liquor licenses, no caps

There's a proposal to put alcoholic beverages on the menus of more New Jersey restaurants. Gov. Phil Murphy says he wants to modernize the state's liquor license statute and make it equitable. As CBS2's Christine Sloan explains, not everyone supports the plan.
