Little Falls, N.J. residents fear worst ahead of another major storm

Yet another storm carries the threat of widespread river flooding to the Garden State. Gov. Phil Murphy has declared a state of emergency in New Jersey as of 5 p.m. Tuesday. Only three weeks ago, Little Falls residents used boats to float home after epic rainfall forced the Passaic Rivers to beyond its banks and filled streets. CBS New York's Vanessa Murdock reports.
