License plate cover leads NYPD to discover arsenal of weapons in vehicle
Police say they found an arsenal of weapons in a Queens man's car, even finding part of an NYPD uniform. As CBS New York's Naveen Dhaliwal reports, it all started after officers noticed the license plate cover on his car.
