Judge dismisses retaliation claim against former governor Cuomo in trooper case
A judge has thrown out a suit brought against former Governor Andrew Cuomo by an unnamed state trooper on his security detail, who accused him of making sexual remarks and running his hand or fingers across her stomach and back.
