Homebuyers welcome news of historic cut by Federal Reserve
The Fed announced Wednesday that it reduced rates by half a percentage point, which is more than expected. It's the first cut in more than four years, and it's welcome news for millions of Americans, especially home buyers. CBS News New York's Christine Sloan explains.
