Harlem residents concerned luxury apartment building may become migrant shelter
The 35-unit complex on Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard near 130th Street is vacant. Locals say if it is being turned into a shelter, they were given no warning. CBS New York's John Dias reports.
