Harlem man arrested for allegedly making ghost guns in apartment
Investigators say 29-year-old Roberto Guerrero was arrested in April after police found guns, ammunition and a 3-D printer in his Harlem apartment. Video allegedly shows Guerrero firing ghost guns in Central Park.
