Haitian New Yorkers react to flight restrictions from United States
A Haitian neighborhood in New York is reacting to the United States restricting all flights to Haiti for the next 30 days. As CBS News New York's Alecia Reid reports, this comes after American planes were shot at while in the country's capital.
