Former agriculture official testifies in bribery trial of N.J. Sen. Bob Menendez
Sources tell CBS New York's Christine Sloan that indicted U.S. Sen. Robert Menendez has obtained the sufficient number of signatures to have his name placed on the November ballot as an independent. This comes as the New Jersey senator's bribery and corruption trial continues in Manhattan federal court.
