Drone bill by Sen. Chuck Schumer blocked in Congress
A move in Congress by Sen. Chuck Schumer that would allow towns to track drones was blocked Wednesday. This comes as local authorities say they can't explain some of the aircraft that they've caught on camera. CBS News New York's Dick Brennan reports.
