DOC recruits sworn in as calls continue for federal takeover of Rikers
A new class of recruits have been sworn in for New York City's troubled Department of Correction. This comes as there could soon be a federal takeover of Rikers. CBS New York investigative reporter Tim McNicholas spoke to the DOC commissioner.
