Disney no longer seeking arbitration in wrongful death lawsuit
The Long Island family suing Disney over their loved one's fatal allergy attack will have their day in court. Last week, Disney asked a judge to toss the case citing the fine print on its Disney+ app, but as CBS News New York's Lisa Rozner reports, after massive outrage, the company is changing its tune.
