Congestion pricing sparks parking concerns for Manhattan residents
As congestion pricing comes closer to reality, there are concerns parking will be harder to find in Manhattan. CBS2's Astrid Martinez spoke with residents who are worried commuters will take spaces in their neighborhood to avoid congestion fees.
