Congestion pricing is unfair for those without easy subway access, some New Yorkers say
We are just weeks away from the start of congestion pricing, and people in Southern Brooklyn say the plan is a disaster for those in so-called transit deserts. CBS News New York's Hannah Kliger spoke with some residents who are even considering leaving the city.
