Charges dropped against bodega clerk who killed man who was attacking him
The altercation and the death inside this bodega made headlines far and wide. The clerk stabbed patron to death and was jailed at Rikers Island, then set free. Now the charges are dropped. CBS2's Dave Carlin reports.
