Brooklyn neighborhood safety patrol helped catch driver accused of trying to hit pedestrians
A Brooklyn man who police say tried to run down students outside their Jewish school is now facing charges. A neighborhood safety patrol team says they alerted police to the driver's location before the arrest. They recounted those critical moments to CBS New York investigative reporter Tim McNicholas.
