Body cam video released of confrontation between officer, 19-year-old
The NYPD has released new body cam video of a confrontation between an officer and a young woman in Harlem. It comes after a viral cell phone video showed an arrest that turned violent on Tuesday. As CBS2's Alice Gainer reports, Mayor Eric Adams is defending the officers.
