Appeals court asked to settle Harrison town supervisor election

The men who came in first and third in the Harrison supervisor's race are asking an appeals court to settle the election, 55 days after voters went to the polls. Second-place finisher Richard Dionisio will serve as supervisor while the appeal goes forward.
