Albany lawmakers considering bill requiring seat belts be worn on charter buses

A deadly tragedy in Orange County is leading to change that could save lives. Two adults were killed and dozens of students were injured when a charter bus crashed into an embankment in September. Now, Albany lawmakers are considering a bill that would require charter bus passengers 8 years and older to buckle up.
