2 dead, several injured after boat capsizes on Hudson River
Several people were seen waiting to be rescued sitting atop the overturned boat, some wearing life jackets, others just in their bathing suits. On land, people watched as first responders tried their best to avoid any casualties. CBS2's Kevin Rincon reports.
