Police continue to look for a hit-and-run driver accused of stealing a flatbed truck and hitting a pedestrian Friday.
No officers were injured in the incident, but two were taken to a nearby hospital for evaluation.
Stray bullets hit a second-floor apartment window and damaged a parked car.
The tickets were issued in May and June of 2020, at the height of the COVID-19 lockdown.
Both victims were in stable condition at the hospital.
The suspects allegedly told the victims - including a woman and a 7-year-old boy - to cover their faces while they stole money, a game console, a watch and a gold chain.
