The increase will impact drivers at the Lincoln and Holland tunnels, as well as the George Washington, Bayonne and Goethals bridges. CBS New York's Elijah Westbrook has the details.
The Turnpike Authority, which operates the Turnpike and the Garden State Parkway, decided this week on a 3% increase.
