Cops were called to the Harlem Bed & Breakfast at 54 West 120th Street just midnight Thursday.
Authorities said that at around 6:15 p.m. on Aug. 2, a 25-year-old woman and a 19-year-old man were shot while standing on the corner of Madison Avenue and East 112th Street.
Bullets grazed a 16-year-old boy, an 18-year-old boy and a 13-year-old girl. Witnesses said another 16-year-old boy ran around the corner and was shot in the arm.
Police said the dog was lunging at them and others on the crowded sidewalk, but one witness saw it another way.
Bullets were flying as dozens of people recorded the incident on 7th Avenue. Police said the man threatened them with a large knife, while critics contend lethal force was not necessary.
