Investigators believe Jeffrey Mackintosh assaulted the boy during the year 2000 when he was a youth pastor at Glad Tidings Assembly of God Church.
The suspect is believed to be 29-years-old, about 5-feet-7-inches tall, weighing 160 pounds.
The victim said the man came into her bedroom with a small knife that appeared to be from her kitchen, sexually assaulted her and then fell asleep in her bed, police said.
Police said the victims were a 14-year-old, who was raped, along with a 12-year-old, who was the victim of attempted rape. The assaults allegedly occurred over a four-day period last week at the home of one of the victims.
The NYPD is looking for a man wanted for rape in Brooklyn. He told the victim that he had a gun and then forced her inside of Lincoln Terrace Park, where he proceeded to sexually assault her while displaying a gun, officials said.
Details of the incident are pretty sketchy. Police say only that the incident took place on 38th Avenue in Queens on last Sunday, May 13.
The criminal case against Strauss-Kahn was dismissed after prosecutors lost faith in Nafissatou Diallo's credibility. She then filed a civil lawsuit accusing him of assault.
The woman was able to take a picture of the suspect before he fled the scene, police said.
