Investigators believe Jeffrey Mackintosh assaulted the boy during the year 2000 when he was a youth pastor at Glad Tidings Assembly of God Church.
The suspect is believed to be 29-years-old, about 5-feet-7-inches tall, weighing 160 pounds.
The victim said the man came into her bedroom with a small knife that appeared to be from her kitchen, sexually assaulted her and then fell asleep in her bed, police said.
