"Oh, God no," Irvin told Joe & Evan when asked if he believes that Goodell is lying about having never seen the second video. "God no. God no, I don't think he's lying."
The Commissioner told Norah O'Donnell that "no one in the NFL, to my knowledge" had seen a new video of what happened between Ray Rice and his now-wife until it was posted online.

Democratic Senate President Steve Sweeney says the state should look into how Rice's case was handled and into the criteria for getting into the pretrial intervention program.
Former Baltimore star Ray Rice has broken his silence, saying he's trying to "be strong" for his wife after the release of a shocking video resulted in his termination by the Ravens.
The higher-quality video shown to the AP shows Rice made no attempt to cover up the domestic violence incident that eventually caused his release from the Ravens on Monday.
Laura Plotkin, director at the Center for Safety and Change in Rockland County, says Janay Rice's actions of defending her husband are not uncommon among victims of domestic abuse.
Now that we know exactly what happened between Ray Rice and Janay Palmer, the question has to be asked: how could the NFL have been oblivious to a key piece of evidence?
Football is a fraternity, and NFL players rarely criticize each other publicly, especially when it comes to matters of discipline. That changed Monday.
