Supreme Court issues unanimous decision supporting NRA's free speech challenge in New York
The U.S. Supreme Court has sided with the National Rifle Association in a case involving New York state. Thursday's unanimous ruling said the NRA's free speech rights were violated by Maria Vullo, a former state financial regulator who pushed banked and insurance companies to cut ties with the gun rights group.
