The bodies were discovered around 11:50 p.m. Monday in a second-floor apartment at 749 Lafayette Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant, police said.
Police were called to the home on Long Ridge Road by neighbors who were concerned about the two women living together. Stamford Police Chief Robert Nivakoff said that when police arrived at the house, they found the front and rear doors bolted shut.
