A deadly fire at a high-rise in Jersey City is being investigated by an Arson Task Force, but investigators say foul play is not suspected right now. The fire started Thursday morning on the 12th floor of a building on Marin Boulevard near Montgomery Street. A 61-year-old man was rushed to a local hospital, where he died.
