A husband accused of running over his wife with an SUV in Flushing on Tuesday morning is now charged with attempted murder.
Police are investigating whether a husband intentionally hit his wife with an SUV as she was walking along the sidewalk. Their three kids were in the car, and the horrific crash was caught on camera. CBS2's Kevin Rincon reports.
Police say the driver ran off, and they found a 48-year-old man with a gunshot wound to his head in the backseat.
